Based in Cambridge and Glasgow, iansyst employs over 100 staff and delivers a nation-wide service across the UK.
iansyst created the re-adjust business unit to provide quality technology products and service solutions, to assist employers in meeting their Equality Act requirements. The re-adjust team offers consultancy, assessment and recommendations for workplace reasonable adjustments as well as advice on Access to Work(AtW).
Our customers include national corporate clients, small businesses, large public service organisations and individuals who want to make a difference for disabled employees through the use of reasonable adjustments and assistive solutions.
Over the years at iansyst we have developed a unique set of competencies that combine advanced technical capabilities with knowledge about how dyslexia and disabilities can affect people within the workplace. We employ an experienced and well-qualified team of workplace consultants, Assistive Technology trainers and specialist technicians.

This conviction is now supported by legislation, and our specialist team can help businesses make the reasonable adjustments necessary to comply with the Equality Act.
