Stress: Action Planning for Senior Managers & HR Professionals
A four hour workshop designed specifically for Senior Managers and HR professionals. This workshop will;
- Explore what is positive mental health and common mental conditions
- Examine how poor mental health manifests itself in the workplace
- Identify issues relating to work and work related areas
- Discuss HSE standards & Six Key indicators of stress
- Review of the new Equality Legislation and how it relates to the workplace
- Review of good practice relating to the selection process for promotion and employment
- Information regarding the workplace assessment and range of reasonable adjustments

Supporting Positive Mental Health & Wellbeing for Line Managers
This workshop has been specifically designed for Line Managers with the specific aim of improving confidence in dealing with mental health and stress concerns in the workplace. Within this session the following will be included;
- What is positive mental health and common mental conditions
- Examine how poor mental health manifests itself in the workplace
- Identify issues relating to work related stress
- Discuss HSE Standards and Six Key indicators of stress
- Review the legislative responsibilities (including reasonable adjustments)
- The role of the Line Manager in promoting positive mental health
- The role of the Line Manager in positively supporting a member of their team in difficulty
- Actions to be taken (in-line with organisations Mental Health Policy)
- Audit of tools for developing awareness

General Awareness for Staff
This general awareness workshop is designed for all employees and aims to give a broad understanding of mental health and stress concerns. In particular the workshop aims to:
- Explore the notion of positive mental health
- Identify stress and its effects on the individual
- Describe common mental health conditions and how they may impact within work context
- Indicators of stress and what can be done to reduce stress
- Identify actions to be taken if experiencing stress (in-line with your organisations mental health policy)
