General Awareness for Staff
This general awareness workshop is designed for all employees and aims to give a broad understanding of Deaf and Hard of Hearing. In particular the workshop aims to:
- Give a basic understanding of what Deaf and Hard of Hearing is and who it affects
- Identify work-related situations that can be difficult for hearing impaired people
- Identify a range of adjustments that can be made in the workplace and working environment to assist hearing impaired people
- Provide a case study to demonstrate what it is like to be hearing impaired

We are able to offer one-to-one strategies for hearing impaired employees on request.
